A Fredericksburg native, civic leader with a strong background in farming and ranching, and life-long resident of Fredericksburg (except for a four year stay at Texas Tech), Dennis is proud to call the Texas Hill Country home. He was raised on the family farm just East of town on the banks of the Pedernales River, the same river that Mother Nature sent roaring through and destroying part of the improvements on that August morning in 1978. That rebuilding project led to a career as a General Contractor for almost 20 years, with projects over the Hill Country and into Austin and San Antonio, ranging from small buildings to such projects as strip centers, banks, post office, retail and manufacturing facilities.
Involved in various forms of real estate since 1974, Dennis brings a level of competence to the buyers and sellers of property. He’s been personally involved in residential projects, commercial, industrial and warehousing developments, As a Realtor, he is consistently at the top of the sales statistics for the Gillespie County Board of Realtors MLS production for sales and listings as well as being the #1 ranking agent in the San Antonio council of RE/MAX agents and having ranked as high as the #5 top ranking agent for the entire state of Texas RE/MAX agents. Dennis also holds the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) a designation held by only 4% of the nation’s Realtors. Now, Dennis holds the coveted CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation and is the only Fredericksburg Realtor with that designation.
In addition to the residential and historic home market, Dennis is also well-versed in the commercial and ranch market. His in-depth experience and complete market knowledge is vital in finding you more than a home or investment property. Schedule a meaningful, focused tour of this fabulous corner of Texas with Dennis to discuss your real estate objectives. Discover the benefits you can reap by having the knowledge of working with and having a native on your side. He welcomes your call anytime!

I was born in New Orleans, and spent my school years there and in Baton Rouge. I came to Fredericksburg in 1990 and spent eleven years in the Restaurant business on Main Street here in Fredericksburg. As a result of that experience, I am very customer service oriented and accustomed to satisfying my client’s needs. I received my Texas Real Estate License in 2001 and have been a leader in my profession serving as Vice president and President of the Gillespie County Board of Realtors.
I am currently serving my second 3-year-term as Director for the Board of Realtors and the Realtor liaison to the Gillespie County Economic Development District. To me, Real Estate in Fredericksburg & the Texas Hill Country involves much more than homes, land, and numbers. It’s the people that matter most. When it comes to you and your family, every member is important. That is why we work so hard to ensure that when your transaction closes, you are satisfied not only today, but also for years to come. That is what Real Estate is really about

As a native Texan and frequent visitor to Fredericksburg since 1980, I have the inside track on the gems and nuances that make the Hill Country a magical place. My love of the area has brought me home after ten years in northern Colorado, where I became a realtor and have been with the RE/MAX family ever since. Real estate is a natural choice given my fascination with architecture, lighting, and landscaping. As an expert in making a house a home, I am committed to helping my clients fulfill their dreams.
Leveraging my experience as an entrepreneur and senior account executive for a Fortune 500 company, I bring twenty-five years of customer service and client satisfaction to the table. Thoughtful, organized, detail-oriented, and quick to respond to my client’s concerns, I am a consummate professional. My deep understanding of the market and the client’s needs have been a key element in building trusting, successful relationships.
Real Estate is a very complex and ever changing industry but I feel that if you always take care of your clients and put them first, you will always be successful.

Born and raised in West Texas, I appreciate and value the opportunity to live and work in Texas, but especially Fredericksburg and the beautiful Hill Country area! Being the daughter of families in both the oil and gas, farm, and ranch industries, I’m no stranger to hard work. I spent many summers and evenings after school working for my family and believe that common sense, good morals and a couple of blisters can teach you a lot about life.
After graduating from high school, my twin sister and I left home for college in Lubbock where we both attended Texas Tech University. 15 years later, I moved as close to home as I could to San Angelo, Texas. I met my husband, Clinton, while working for the City of San Angelo where he was the City Engineer and I worked for the Economic Development Corp.
