A Fredericksburg native, civic leader with a strong background in farming and ranching, and life-long resident of Fredericksburg (except for a four year stay at Texas Tech), Dennis is proud to call the Texas Hill Country home. He was raised on the family farm just East of town on the banks of the Pedernales River, the same river that Mother Nature sent roaring through and destroying part of the improvements on that August morning in 1978. That rebuilding project led to a career as a General Contractor for almost 20 years, with projects over the Hill Country and into Austin and San Antonio, ranging from small buildings to such projects as strip centers, banks, post office, retail and manufacturing facilities.

I was born in New Orleans, and spent my school years there and in Baton Rouge. I came to Fredericksburg in 1990 and spent eleven years in the Restaurant business on Main Street here in Fredericksburg. As a result of that experience, I am very customer service oriented and accustomed to satisfying my client's needs. I received my Texas Real Estate License in 2001 and have been a leader in my profession serving as Vice president and President of the Gillespie County Board of Realtors.

As a native Texan and frequent visitor to Fredericksburg since 1980, I have the inside track on the gems and nuances that make the Hill Country a magical place. My love of the area has brought me home after ten years in northern Colorado, where I became a realtor and have been with the RE/MAX family ever since. Real estate is a natural choice given my fascination with architecture, lighting, and landscaping. As an expert in making a house a home, I am committed to helping my clients fulfill their dreams.

Born and raised in West Texas, I appreciate and value the opportunity to live and work in Texas, but especially Fredericksburg and the beautiful Hill Country area! Being the daughter of families in both the oil and gas, farm, and ranch industries, I'm no stranger to hard work. I spent many summers and evenings after school working for my family and believe that common sense, good morals and a couple of blisters can teach you a lot about life.
